So far so good. I was ripped off by another company, and was subsequently referred to EP by a friend/colleague. I emailed them upon sending my first small order sharing my reluctance after just being burned. Within hours a very professional email was sent back to me just to reassure me of their receipt of my order, and to advise me as to the status and shipment. This they didnt have to do but did anyway just to alleviate my stresses and build a relationship. I am in the sales industry and THAT is quality service. Now I await my order to inspect purity, and packaging. If all goes well you have earned a client for life and I will refer as many as I can to you!!!

Excellent customer service, fast shipment, and great product. There was a mistake with a promo code in checkout so Galen got right on top of things and sent me an extra bottle free of charge. Extreme Peptide has stolen me, and a few more friends away from one of their competitors.
